CUSTOM ORTHOTIC SANDALS
Dr Bryan Fallis and Progressive Podiatry are pleased to finally offer Custom Orthotic Sandals. The sandals will be provided from the company NAOT Sandals. Patients can access and purchase these sandals by clicking on the link to Our Doctor Store at the bottom of the page. This will allow you to select from a variety of sandals. The patient may purchase the sandals through the store and the sandals will be shipped to your home address. Once you receive the sandals, please make an appointment in our office and bring the sandals with you. At this appointment, you will have an impression made of both of your feet and we will send these impressions along with your sandals to the lab. Then, the lab will construct a custom orthotic (insert) to fit your exact foot type for your specific foot condition and make sure this fits perfectly inside of the sandal. This will take 2 weeks to have a custom orthotic for your sandal. This is a revolutionary process, because NAOT is a sandal company that has established a line of sandals with removable inserts and a deep heel counter that will allow for the fitting of your custom orthotic, without slipping or coming out of the shoe.
